Description Specs Application   FNS Plus DE Pool Filter This is the filter the founders of YourPoolProducts.com use on their personal swimming pools. When you are looking for the very best filtration available you will want to consider a DE filter. DE is short for Diatomaceous Earth. DE filters use this material as the filter media.  The earth is comprised of microscopic sponge like particles that come from our oceans and filter down to a smaller micron than other filters. DE filters are especially appropriate for pools that are difficult to care for.  These filters will remove debris in the water that most others let pass through.
